Reasonably clean excellent value hotel with a clean pool and a peaceful location just off an airport, other areas that would be visited, and Fort Myers. A double room in the sink area for toiletries. Lots of goodies for breakfast.
Beds were very poor.

I found the room very clean and quiet.
I found the room rate to be high - being out of season

Our room had everything we needed - a fridge, coffee/tea makers, and a nice little writing desk. The staff who helped us check-in were super friendly and accommodating. 🌟

The location was very central to the 3 places we needed to go. The lobby was beautifully decorated and the rooms were too. The morning breakfast was delicious, the waffles were tender and tasty and I could not get enough of the fresh fruit and hot coffee.
We did not use the pool, but it seemed a bit small compared to the facility itself. Very clean though.

A/C worked great,..decent pillows.
Seemed like an older and out dated motel. Have been to many Hampton Inn's, this one disappointed me, not what I was expecting, especially for $200+ and not a big deal, but...we spent close to 20 minutes for breakfast on Friday just before 8AM and there were no biscuits for the gravy. Not until we left did they finally show up. Also, as long as I'm complaining..the scrambled eggs were way too processed. They were chopped up into tiny pieces smaller than Peas.

I booked through Booked.net and inadvertently booked the wrong weekend. Hampton said they couldn't change it to the correct weekend ( I arrived a week early) it was up to Booked.net. Called Booking and they said it was up to the hotel. I paid for two weekends and was only there one. The hotel even called me to see where I was so they didn't communicate my problem about the wrong booking date. Both have blamed the other so I won't use booking again and I'm not happy with the hotel as they offered no assistance to help other than say " call Booked.net". Here is the number

Breakfast was good and the location of the Hotel is convenient.
The AC did not work properly. Was not able to keep steady temperature and the humidity was on and off very high in the room. The cleaning of the room was ok, but very late in the afternoon, sometimes at 3:30 p.m. and one day not at all.

The quietness the curtsey of the staff and the breakfast but I hated the carpet in the room its so ugly!
The carpet it is a bad color and it is so old you don't want to walk barefoot in your room.

Close to the beach and family.
Over priced room for the condition of the hotel. The only reason we stayed here was that it was close to family.
